The Grappa Nonino Riserva Barrique Prosecco is a high-quality distillate, aged in barrels that previously contained wine. This method imparts a complex structure and a harmonious taste to the grappa, further enhanced by aging in small oak barrels. It appears that the care and attention to detail of the Nonino family, master distillers since 1897, can be perceived in every sip of this exclusive grappa.
With a seductive amber color, its aroma is rich, with hints of vanilla, baked apple, and spices, typical of oak wood and the residual wine character of Prosecco. On the palate, it reveals itself to be smooth yet compact, with a perfect balance between the alcohol content and the fruity and spicy notes. The aftertaste is long and persistent, leaving a warm and enveloping sensation.
