A grappa produced from the distillation of fresh pomace from white and red grapes, the solid part remaining after pressing the Picolit berries. On December 1st 1973, always respecting tradition, Benito and Giannola Nonino distorted the way of producing Grappa by creating the distillate of a single vine also called Monovitigno. They immediately met with such success as to induce other Italian and foreign distillers to imitate the Nonino model.

Traditional Nonino is produced according to 100% discontinuous artisanal distillation, with the use of exclusive and innovative copper steam stills and the knowledge in cutting the heads and tails. The process takes place slowly, this allows the volatile components that give the perfumes perfect evaporation and subsequent condensation, allowing the precious organoleptic characteristics to be retained. The distillate rests from 6 months to a year in stainless steel tanks.

Shows a white and crystalline color. It smells nicely of grapes ensuring a fresh and elegant taste very satisfying to the palate.
