The distillation style follows traditional methods, guaranteeing a clear distillate with fruity and slightly spicy aromas, with notes of red fruits and a touch of floral. On the palate, one appreciates a gustatory balance that combines softness and persistence, with a pleasantly enveloping finish.
Perfect as a digestif, this grappa pairs splendidly with chocolate or dried fruit-based desserts, but it is also enjoyable on its own, for a moment of authentic pleasure connected to the flavors of the Aosta Valley.

Distillation
Steam distillation in small single-charge copper stills (discontinuous) with use of a vacuum water-bath still for reduced-temperature distillations; separation of heads, heart and tails with slow collection of the distillate.
Ageing
Some grappas are aged in barrique (barrique-matured grappas available in multiple types); other distillates are kept in hermetic containers for stabilization.
