The Grappa Pinot Bianco Invecchiata 12 mesi by Roner is a refined distillate born from the careful selection of Pinot Bianco pomace, coming from the high-altitude vineyards of Alto Adige. The one-year aging in wooden barrels gives this grappa an enveloping aromatic complexity, where elegant notes of vanilla and sweet spices intertwine with light fruity and floral nuances.

The soft and silky character is accompanied by a long and warm persistence, which enhances the quality of the grape variety and the mountainous terrain it comes from. Perfect both as a meditative distillate and paired with desserts based on chocolate or dried fruit, it represents an authentic example of Roner's oenological expertise in bringing out the most delicate bouquets.

Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.

Ageing

Variable aging: some spirits remain in stainless steel (e.g. certain fruit spirits), others (e.g. R74 Aged) mature for years in wooden barrels; the technique depends on the individual product.
