The Grappa Pinot Nero Invecchiata 12 mesi of Roner is a refined distillate that tells the elegant stature of the grape variety it comes from. Obtained from selected Pinot Nero pomace, one of the noblest grape varieties of Alto Adige, this grappa reveals a complex and harmonious aromatic profile.
During the aging period in oak barrels, the grappa acquires up to twelve months of softness and structure, enriching its bouquet with intense hints of sweet spices, vanilla, and slight notes of toasted dried fruit. On the palate, it is enveloping, with a savory balance and a long, delicately aromatic persistence.
Ideal as a digestif, it pairs perfectly with a dark chocolate dessert or aged cheeses, enhancing the deep notes of both preparations. A distillate that fully expresses the care and tradition of Alto Adige, bringing to the glass the essence of Pinot Nero.
