Grappa Pinot Noir by Roner is born from the careful selection of pomace from the Pinot Noir grape variety, cultivated with care in the heart of Alto Adige, a region renowned for the quality of its mountain terroirs. This distillate reflects the purity and finesse of the grapes, expressing an elegant and harmonious profile.

The distillation process takes place in copper stills, which preserve the delicate aromas and varietal nuances. The result is a grappa with a complex bouquet, with light notes of red fruits and a subtle floral delicacy, accompanied by soft vanilla tones obtained thanks to moderate aging in wooden barrels. On the palate, it is velvety, with a perfect balance between freshness and structure.

Ideal to serve at the end of a meal, it pairs wonderfully with desserts that are not too sweet or aged cheeses, becoming a refined companion for moments of meditative tasting.
