A grappa obtained through the distillation of Prosecco pomace, used for the production of the same wine, coming from the Veneto area.
Its aging lasts for at least 12 months in oak barrels, which gives it an amber color and a flavor rich in "bubbly" notes.
Delicate notes are perceived on the nose, with floral aromas and hints of sweet wood. On the palate it is soft, fragrant, with aromas of red fruit and notes of yeast.
