7.0 is a very special large label from the famous Piedmontese distillery. It is a particular production born from the mastery of the ancient art of distillation, based on more than a century of experience, which has managed to best elevate the best characteristics of a native red grape variety, the Ruché. A particular grape typical of Monferrato, a true great specialty in the wine scene, with an enormously rich and elegant aromatic profile, with refined floral and fruity notes.
A decidedly unique grappa, for true connoisseurs who are always looking for small jewels to discover. 7.0 has a targeted name, the seven stands for the seven generations of the Mazzetti family that have followed one another in the art of distillation, and also the origin of the Ruché grapes, from as many as seven different municipalities. Instead 0 are the kilometers traveled by the pomace, from the cellars to the distillery. An immense guarantee of freshness that is perceived in the grappa.
In the glass it shows a clear and bright amba color. Delicate floral aromas of rose petals and violets arrive on the nose, with hints of small berries and hints of soft spices. On the palate the taste is pleasantly fine and refined, with a subtle sip, of enormous expressive finesse and a long and persistent finish.
