Single-varietal grappa produced with carefully selected Moscato pomace during the harvest; once the grapes are destemmed, they are immediately distilled fresh right after picking, in copper stills, to ensure that the scents and aromas are at their fullest expression. The aging takes place, according to the guidelines of expert master distillers, in stainless steel tanks for a long period; then it is subsequently aged in oak barrels.
The Piedmontese Moscato Sibona Grappa presents itself in the glass with a pale straw yellow color; on the nose it captivates and seduces with its intense bouquet, typical of freshly picked Moscato grapes. On the palate it reveals a soft and delicate body, with unmistakable aromaticity rich in fruity aromas, while the finish offers a pleasantly sweet and persistent aftertaste.
A highly appreciated digestif, elegant and classy like the bottle that contains it, characterized by graduated side notches and a practical pouring spout, making it a splendid gift idea for grappa lovers. An excellent distillate to enjoy paired with aged cheeses, milk chocolate, and dried fruit.
