Grappa Sorsi di Nebbiolo da Gattinara Ambrata by Luigi Francoli is born in the heart of Piedmont, an area renowned for the production of Nebbiolo, a grape variety famous for its complexity and finesse. This grappa is made from the Nebbiolo grape pomace of Gattinara, a territory that gives character and intensity to the distillate. The aging process takes place in wood, which enriches the grappa with amber, elegant, and rounded notes.

On the nose, it presents warm aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, and light spicy notes that blend into a harmonious and enveloping bouquet. On the palate, it is soft, balanced, with a persistent finish that recalls the traditions of Piedmont.

Perfect to enjoy at the end of a meal, it pairs well with chocolate-based desserts or aged cheeses, gracefully enhancing every sip. A distillate that tells the story of the land and the expertise of Luigi Francoli.
