The Grappa Sorsi di Riserva Nebbiolo da Barolo by Luigi Francoli is born from the careful selection of Nebbiolo pomace, the principal grape of the Langhe region in Piedmont, a land famous for its complex and noble wines. This grappa best expresses the elegant and decisive character of Nebbiolo, masterfully distilled according to the artisanal traditions of Piedmontese distillation.

The long wood aging gives the grappa a rich and harmonious bouquet, with intense notes of dried fruit, withered flowers, spicy hints, and a soft aftertaste that envelops the palate. The delicately tannic structure recalls the typical elegance of the wines from which it comes, making this grappa a refined distillate with great personality.

Excellent at the end of a meal, it pairs perfectly with dry desserts, hazelnut cakes, or good dark chocolate, enhancing every sip with the warmth and complexity typical of the production area.
