Refined and elegant, Storica Nera is the right choice for those who prefer delicate aromas and long persistence.

The alcoholic fermentation of the pomace takes place in the cellars of selected suppliers, guaranteeing a quality raw material rich in aromas. The freshly collected pomace is ensiled for a few months, starting from the time of the first racking.

The distillation takes place in a discontinuous plant in eight copper stills with direct steam, thus producing the first "raw" grappa with about 75°. The "transformation" with reduction of alcohol content (final 50°), is carried out with the addition of water and cold filtration, at a temperature such as to preserve the aromatic component.

Limpid and crystalline grappa; the nose is extremely rich and fine, rigorous in the aromas. Pleasantly soft, harmonious and balanced taste.
