Obtained through the triple distillation of selected grape marc, this grappa stands out for its purity and aromatic complexity. The meticulous process enhances floral and fruity notes, accompanied by delicate hints of herbs and spices that develop elegantly on the nose.

On the palate, the Triple “A” is soft and enveloping, with a refined balance between the alcoholic and gustatory components. The finish is long and pleasantly warm, confirming the artisanal care used in its production.

It is known for the use of spontaneous fermentation, artisanal double distillation in copper stills designed by the founder and for an approach that favors natural raw materials.
