Negrer comes from grapes from 60% Barbera and 40% Bonarda vines. The vineyard covers an area of 10 hectares, the cultivation of the vine takes place with short pruning, thinning and strictly hand harvesting in small crates, this allows to obtain grapes of the highest quality, with special varietal characteristics, which are further enhanced with the careful and skilful winemaking process in the cellar.
In the glass it shows off a beautiful deep red color, with a red foam with bright violet reflections. On the nose there are aromas of red fruit, in particular black cherry and plum, with a marked note of almond. The taste is decidedly soft and full-bodied, immediately very pleasant and with a good persistence.
Soft and fruity, this red calls for a savory pairing. Cured meats and cheeses are ideal, but it is also perfect with first and second courses based on red meat, with the classic mixed boiled meat served with all its sauces.
