Il Pino di Biserno is a refined Toscana IGT born from Tenuta di Biserno, located in the scenic area of the Colline Pisane. This wine represents a perfect balance between winemaking tradition and modernity, expressing the richness of the Tuscan territory through a blend of classic grape varieties, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The expertly assembled blend comes from carefully cultivated vineyards, in a terroir characterized by soils rich in clay and galestro, which provide structure and complexity to the wine.

The aging takes place in French oak barrels, which enrich the bouquet with delicate spicy and vanilla notes, without ever overwhelming the freshness and elegance of the fruit. In the glass, Il Pino di Biserno presents itself with an intense and vibrant ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, and plum are perceived, accompanied by balsamic and slightly toasted accents. On the palate, it is enveloping, full, and persistent, with soft and well-integrated tannins.

It pairs splendidly with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, offering a tasting experience that encapsulates the soul of contemporary Tuscany.

Winery history
The Tenuta di Biserno project was initiated by Lodovico and Piero Antinori together with their nephew Niccolò Marzichi Lenzi. The founders carried out a parcel-by-parcel study that led to the establishment of multiple production units and to the creation of the estate's flagship wine, Biserno.

The estates are located in the municipality of Bibbona, in the Alta Maremma, bordering the historic Bolgheri area. Soils range from alluvial to marine, sandy and clayey, with occurrences of the typical conglomerate of the Bolgheri area.
