Il Pino di Biserno, a refined expression of Tenuta di Biserno, is born in the Livorno hills, the beating heart of Toscana IGT. This wine is a skillfully crafted blend centered around Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, which imparts structure, elegance, and aromatic complexity. The care in the vineyard and the hand harvesting rigorously select each cluster, promoting a product of high-quality profile.

The aging takes place mainly in French oak barriques, where the wine evolves for about a year, developing an intense and enveloping bouquet. Notes of ripe red fruits intertwine with spicy scents of vanilla, chocolate, and light herbal tones, while the fine and well-rounded tannin provides a balance that persists in a long and harmonious finish.

Il Pino di Biserno proves ideal when paired with roasted or braised red meats, game, and medium-aged cheeses, elegantly accompanying moments of conviviality and high-level tastings. A great Tuscan wine capable of expressing the unique character of its territory through finesse and power.
