Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses
Il Rosso dell'Abazia DOC by Serafini e Vidotto is born in the Montello area, famous for its skeletal-rich soils and ideal microclimate that give the wines a surprising freshness and structure.

This wine, the result of a careful selection of native grape varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet Franc, stands out for its balance between elegance and rustic character. Aging in wooden barrels helps develop soft notes of vanilla and sweet spices, harmonizing with a vibrant fruity component of cherry and small red berries.

On the nose, an intense and enveloping aroma emerges with hints of undergrowth and a light herbal tone, while on the palate it confirms a pleasant savoriness and velvety tannins, leading to a persistent and decisive finish. Ideal paired with red meats, flavorful roasts, and aged cheeses, it authentically tells the story of its territory.
