Insoglio del Cinghiale from Campo di Sasso is a striking example of Toscana IGT, an intense expression of the native Tuscan grape varieties cultivated in the historic countryside surrounding Rapolano Terme. This wine is made from carefully selected grapes, mainly Sangiovese, which find an ideal balance in the local microclimate between temperature variations and mineral-rich soils.

Carefully aged, often in oak barrels that enhance its structure and complexity, Insoglio del Cinghiale presents a deep ruby color that hints at aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, intertwined with delicate spicy and tobacco notes.
