Jajà Passerina IGT Marche by Fontezoppa represents a vivid example of the freshness and elegance of Marche viticulture. Produced from the native Passerina grape, this white wine best expresses the hilly territory of Marche, where the microclimate and calcareous soils enhance the fresh and fruity aromas.

Visually it has a bright straw color, while on the nose it releases delicate scents of white flowers, green apple, and a light citrus note that gives it sapidity. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that provides liveliness and a fragrant persistence, typical of Passerina. The aging in stainless steel preserves the purity of the aromas, enhancing a fresh and immediate drinkability.

Perfect to pair with seafood dishes, shellfish, and light white meats, Jajà is a versatile glass capable of simply narrating the refined spirit of its territory.
