Lacryma Christi Bianco Vesuvio DOP - Cantine Olivella is born from the fertile volcanic soil at the foot of Vesuvius, a unique terroir that gives the wine intensity and character. Made mainly with indigenous grape varieties such as Coda di Volpe, this wine stands out for its freshness and sapidity, an expression of a mineral-rich environment. The aging takes place in steel tanks to preserve the liveliness and typical aromatic notes.

On the nose, it opens with floral and fruity scents, where delicate hints of green apple and white flowers emerge, accompanied by a slight minerality. On the palate, Lacryma Christi Bianco is balanced, fresh, and harmonious, with a pleasant persistence. Perfect paired with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses, it is a wine that elegantly tells the story and extraordinariness of the Vesuvius territory.
