The Lagrein Friedberg Mitterberg Biologico by Baron Longo is born in the heart of Alto Adige, an area renowned for its ideal climatic conditions and calcareous soils that give uniqueness to the wines produced. The Lagrein grape variety, typical of the region, expresses here its robustness and depth, offering an intense and full-bodied red. The organic vinification respects the environment and the natural balance of the vine, enhancing the authentic characteristics of the grape without chemical additives.

In the glass it shows a bright ruby color, accompanied by aromas of ripe forest fruits, spicy notes, and a slight hint of violet. On the palate the tasting is enveloping yet elegant, with soft tannins and a lively freshness that invites another sip. The long aging in wood gives structure and complexity, making it a perfect companion for meat dishes, aged cheeses, and rustic preparations from the Alto Adige tradition.
