Crafted by the expert hands of Silvia Zucchi, this exceptional cuvée represents the sublime expression of Lambrusco Di Sorbara. The Extra Brut "Infondo," with its distinctive character, presents itself as a rare gem in the sparkling wine universe.

Lambrusco Di Sorbara, known for its vibrant color that ranges from cherry red to bright pink, is a grape variety well-suited for producing wines with a fresh and lively character. This Extra Brut is made following the ancestral method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, giving it fine and persistent bubbles.

On the nose, the wine opens with an intriguing bouquet of wildflowers and notes of small red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, intertwined with a light hint of yeast, a result of its long aging in the bottle. On the palate, the initial attack is fresh and immediately fruity, quickly followed by a tangy structure that gives the wine an incredibly refreshing and crisp drinkability. The finish is dry and clean, with a return of the fruity notes and a slight minerality that invites another sip.

This Lambrusco Di Sorbara Extra Brut is ideal as an aperitif but shows its versatility when paired with traditional Emilian dishes, such as fried gnocco and cured meats, or with mildly spiced fish preparations. It is also an excellent companion for a special evening, where its bubbles can add a festive touch.

With its distinctive personality and high-quality standards, Silvia Zucchi's Lambrusco Di Sorbara Extra Brut "Infondo" is a must for sparkling wine lovers who seek something unique and off the beaten path. A true gem of Italian winemaking, to be discovered and cherished.
