The Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC - Il Serraglio produced by Serraglio winery represents one of the most refined and delicate expressions of Lambrusco, a sparkling red wine that reaches its highest expression in the Emilia-Romagna region. This particular Lambrusco surprises with its vivacity and slightly effervescent character, making it perfect for any occasion, from a simple aperitif to more structured pairings.

With a soft ruby red color and violet reflections, Il Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC - Il Serraglio presents an intriguing bouquet of fresh flowers on the nose, particularly violets and roses, enriched with notes of crispy red fruits like strawberry and cherry. On the palate, its freshness is immediately evident, with a perfect balance between acidity and moderate sweetness, making it extremely drinkable and satisfying.

The grapes used for this wine come exclusively from the high-quality vineyards of the Serraglio winery, located in the typical clayey and calcareous soils of Sorbara, which confer to this wine its particular freshness and aromaticity. The fermentation occurs with traditional methods, which help preserve all the organoleptic properties of the grapes.

Ideally served chilled, at a temperature of 8-10°C, Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC - Il Serraglio is perfect to enjoy paired with dishes from Emilian cuisine, such as cured meats and fresh cheeses, but it also beautifully complements lighter and summery dishes.

In summary, this wine is not just a companion for dinner, but a sensory experience that celebrates Italian wine tradition with every sip.
