On the palate, its freshness is immediately evident, with a perfect balance between acidity and moderate sweetness, making it extremely drinkable and satisfying.
The grapes used for this wine come exclusively from the high-quality vineyards of the Serraglio winery, located in the typical clayey and calcareous soils of Sorbara, which confer to this wine its particular freshness and aromaticity. The fermentation occurs with traditional methods, which help preserve all the organoleptic properties of the grapes.
