The Langhe DOC Nascetta Biologico Casa E. di Mirafiore is a wine that expresses the authentic purity of Piedmont, rooted in the Langhe territory. Obtained from Nascetta grapes, a native and rare variety, cultivated with organic methods that respect the environment and enhance the genuineness of the fruit. This white presents a delicate and aromatic bouquet, characterized by fresh and floral notes, enriched with hints of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and green apple. On the palate, the balance between acidity and softness offers a pleasant savoriness, accompanied by an elegant structure that invites further tasting.

The aging in steel preserves the original freshness, enhancing the varietal characteristics. Perfect as a companion to fish dishes, grilled vegetables, or fresh cheeses, it is a brilliant example of how tradition and organic farming can merge in a bottle of great personality.
