Il Langhe DOC Rosato di Tenuta La Rocca is born in the heart of the Langhe, one of the most prestigious wine-producing areas of Piedmont, renowned for its clay-limestone soils and the temperate climate ideal for viticulture. This rosato is primarily made from Nebbiolo grapes, which give the wine a unique aromatic profile and lively freshness.

The winemaking process involves a short maceration on the skins, extracting delicate aromas and a pale pink color from the cluster. The aging takes place in steel, preserving the bright acidity and fruity notes, with hints of cherry, raspberry, and a light floral touch. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and harmonious, with a pleasant sapidity that invites a second sip.

It pairs brilliantly with light dishes, such as seafood salads, first courses with vegetables, and fresh cheeses, enhancing the enogastronomic biodiversity of the Piedmont territory.
