Ca' Bianca's Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is a wine that represents one of the noblest expressions of Piedmont, a region renowned for its wines of character and depth. Produced with Nebbiolo grapes, the symbolic vine of the region, this wine reflects the essence of the Langhe area, where the hilly landscapes and the unique microclimate contribute to creating wines of exceptional quality and complexity.

Ca' Bianca, attentive to the quality and expression of the terroir, vinifies Nebbiolo with passion and respect, obtaining a wine that stands out for its elegance and structure. Langhe Nebbiolo has a brilliant ruby red color, with garnet reflections that tend to intensify with aging.

On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, enriched by floral nuances of rose and violet, and spicy touches of licorice and vanilla, the result of aging in wood. This olfactory complexity invites a tasting that confirms the structure and richness of the wine, with soft and well-integrated tannins that support its elegant body.

In the mouth, the Langhe Nebbiolo by Ca' Bianca offers a perfect balance between acidity and alcohol, with a long and persistent finish that leaves room for gustatory returns of red fruit and spices, testimony to the ability of Nebbiolo to express the richness and variety of the its terroir.

Ideal as an accompaniment to red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses, this Langhe Nebbiolo is also an excellent meditation wine, capable of evolving and enriching itself with new nuances with ageing.

With its Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, Ca' Bianca offers an authentic and passionate interpretation of one of the most prestigious vines in Piedmont, offering a wine that is an expression of the winemaking tradition and quality of the Langhe.
