The Langhe Nebbiolo from Ca' Viola, coming from the renowned Langhe area in Piedmont, authentically expresses the excellence of the Nebbiolo grape variety. This wine is made from carefully selected grapes, preserving the typical elegance of this native variety, known for its fine tannins and aromatic complexity. The aging, partly carried out in wooden barrels, allows for a balance between fruity freshness and delicate spicy and floral notes, distinctive characteristics of Nebbiolo.

In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red color, accompanied by intense aromas of cherry, withered rose, and hints of sweet spices. On the palate, it is harmonious and savory, with a structure that invites pleasant aging. Ideal with traditional Piedmont dishes, such as Barolo braised meat or aged cheeses, this Langhe Nebbiolo is a contemporary and refined interpretation of a timelessly charming variety.
