This Amaretto is produced following a recipe dating back to 1851, using exclusively original ingredients without the addition of artificial flavors or colorants. The base of this liqueur is made from an infusion of Amaretti di Saronno biscuits macerated in pure alcohol. This process imparts a unique complexity to the liqueur, with notes of bitter almond, vanilla, and a subtle hint of caramel.
