Les Baccanthes Rosè de Saignee 2020 - Corbon is born in the prestigious Côte de Nuits region, heart of Burgundy, where traditional winemaking meets refined experimentation. Obtained using the saignée method, which involves a brief contact of the skins with the must, this rosé expresses a deep and vibrant pink color, a sign of careful and controlled extraction. The main grape variety, Pinot Noir, offers elegant notes of wild strawberries, rose petals, and a fresh citrus vein, which gives liveliness and vivacity to the sip.

On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, and well-structured, with a delicate tannic texture that promises pleasure and continuity. The aging takes place in steel to preserve its aromatic purity, making this rosé an ideal companion for fish dishes, white meats, or convivial moments throughout a meal.

A rosé with character and precision that tells the complexity of the Burgundian terroir in a feminine and fragrant key.
