A unique liqueur that comes from a special union between Cognac Premier Cru Grande Champagne produced by the Peyrot family and perfectly ripe Williams pears. The fruit is harvested in the Black Forest region towards the end of October, 14 kg of which are used to produce a single bottle. They are kept cold while waiting to be macerated in a small quantity of Williams Pear distillate. The liqueur ages for two years in white oak barrels.

At the sight it appears of an intense amber color. It inebriates the sense of smell with its intense aroma of pears and their pleasant sweet and delicate flavour.

Even if it belongs to the cognac family, it is recommended that it be tasted at a slightly cooler temperature. Pperfect at the end of the meal accompanied by tasty chocolate.
