The Liquore Maraschino of Bordiga is born in the heart of the Piedmont territory, in an area renowned for its artisanal tradition and the enhancement of high-quality raw materials. This liqueur comes to life from the pressing and distillation of marasca cherries, small red fruits typical of a variety of wild cherry, which give a unique and unmistakable character to the final product.

Bordiga’s craftsmanship is expressed in the strictly artisanal processing, with infusion of whole marasca cherries, including the pit and leaves, according to an ancient recipe that preserves the fresh and bitter notes typical of Maraschino. The refining takes place in wooden barrels that enhance the aromas, giving a soft and enveloping aromatic complexity, with intense hints of almond, white flowers, and a slightly bitter character that balances the sweetness.

On the palate, it is elegant, balanced, and persistent, ideal to be enjoyed neat, as a digestive, or skillfully used in classic and contemporary cocktails. A distillate that tells of territoriality, tradition, and passion for excellence in respect of ancient techniques.
