The Liquore Pastis 2018 by Chateau des Creissauds is born in the South of France region, immersed in the Mediterranean aromas that characterize this traditional spirit. Made following ancient recipes, the pastis is obtained from the infusion of star anise and other aromatic herbs, which give an intense and enveloping bouquet. On the nose, notes of sweet anise, licorice, and balsamic touches stand out, with an elegant balance between freshness and spiciness.
On the palate, it is soft and structured, with a full body and a long persistence where the flavor of anise harmoniously blends with hints of Provençal herbs.
