The Lugana DOC Bulgarini comes from 100% Turbiana vines grown on clayey and finely gravelly Quaternary morainic hills, with a simple arch training system. The harvest is done manually towards the month of September. The vinification begins with a soft pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and aging on the lees, without malolactic fermentation.

It shines in its straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The fruity aroma is typical of the variety, with delicate fruity aromas of peach, apricot, tropical fruit, pineapple and grapefruit. A wine that evolves over time and allows it to express mineral notes with greater determination. Extremely fruity and fresh on the palate, with a good structure and a slightly almondy finish with a long aromatic persistence.

Perfect with vegetable-based dishes and raw fish. Excellent with finely spiced white meats and fresh and creamy cow's milk cheeses.
