Manzoni Bianco DOC San Dordi - Casa Roma is born in the heart of the Collio, a territory renowned for the production of white wines of great finesse. Obtained from Manzoni cross grapes, this wine expresses an intense aromatic profile of white flowers and fresh fruit, with an elegant mineral note due to the rich calcareous soils. The aging in steel preserves the freshness and liveliness of the grape variety, providing balance and a clean finish.
