Marsala DOC 75cl Superiore Riserva Semi Secco 1941 - Aegusa - Florio is a refined tribute to the Sicilian winemaking tradition, produced in the historic Marsala area. This wine stands out for its complexity, given by prolonged aging that enhances the balance between softness and freshness. Made from native grape varieties of the Trapani province, it shows an intense amber color and enveloping aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, and light spicy notes. On the palate, the semi-seco gives a pleasant softness, accompanied by a persistent aftertaste recalling caramelized figs and toasted almonds.
The aging method in wooden barrels helps develop a complex and harmonious structure, ideal for accompanying rich dishes such as braised meats and aged cheeses, or to be enjoyed as a wine for meditation. A true symbol of Marsala’s enological culture.
