The Marsala DOC Superiore Riserva Semi Secco 1989 of Aegusa - Florio is an authentic masterpiece that tells the historical and territorial richness of western Sicily. Obtained from typical grapes of the Grillo and Catarratto varieties, grown in the Marsala area, this wine enriches its structure thanks to a long aging of at least five years, with a significant portion reserved for maturation in wooden barrels. The result is a sublime balance between sweetness and freshness, with intense aromas ranging from notes of honey, toasted almonds, and dried fruit to spicy and aromatic hints, typical of its sophisticated evolution over time. On the palate, it is round, soft, and enveloping, with a pleasant lingering finish. Perfect to accompany almond-based sweets, dry pastries, or aged cheeses, it is an excellence that expresses all the elegance and tradition of the Florio winery.
