In the glass, it shows an intense amber color, while on the nose it expresses scents of dried fruit, toasted almond, and delicate notes of withered flowers and light spices. The dry taste confirms a balanced texture, with a pleasant savoriness that accompanies a long and enveloping finish.
Ideal as a meditation wine, it pairs splendidly with aged cheeses, roasted meats, and almond- or citrus-based desserts, enhancing the typical features of Sicilian tradition with refinement and character.
