The Merlot Bio Alto Adige DOC Bergmannhof is born in the heart of the characteristic Alto Adige, a land suited to mountain viticulture where the microclimate favors an elegant and fresh expression of the Merlot grape variety. Cultivated respecting organic principles, this wine tells the story of the territory with respect and authenticity.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color, accompanied by enveloping aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries, and light spicy notes that recall the delicacy of sweet spices and a hint of aromatic herbs. The sip is soft and harmonious, supported by pleasant acidity and elegant, well-integrated tannins, offering a clean and persistent finish.

Perfect paired with dishes based on white meats, light roasts, or medium-aged cheeses, this organic Merlot embodies the perfect synthesis between tradition and environmental respect, enhancing the unique character of Alto Adige.
