This wine is the result of meticulous selection of Merlot grapes, which in this area benefit from an ideal climate and rich soil that significantly contribute to the aromatic profile and structure of the wine.
The color of the Collio DOC Merlot is deeply intense, a ruby red that hints at the robust body of the wine. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, followed by delicate spicy hints and a slight herbal touch that adds complexity to the bouquet.
