Mezcal 70cl - Los Danzantes is a true expression of Mexican tradition, produced in the Oaxaca region, the historical cradle of mezcal. Obtained from the distillation of espadín agave, this spirit encapsulates the essence of the mountainous territory, characterized by a dry climate and high altitudes that give the plants a unique aromatic profile. The artisanal production method involves a slow cooking of the agave in ovens dug into the ground, followed by natural fermentation that imparts complexity and richness to the final product.

In the glass, it appears with a clear and transparent color, while the nose releases intense aromas of burnt earth, subtle smoke, and smoky notes typical of mezcal, accompanied by hints of wild herbs and a slight fruity scent. The palate reveals a balanced structure, with a pleasant savoriness and a persistent aftertaste of wood and spices, which underline its finesse and artisanal quality. This mezcal is excellent both as a meditation spirit and as an ingredient for sophisticated cocktails, pairing perfectly with Mexican cuisine dishes like tacos and ceviche, as well as aged cheeses.
