Mezcal Anejo 70cl - Ilegal represents an elegant and intense expression of Mexican distilling art, coming from the Oaxaca region, the beating heart of mezcal tradition. Made exclusively from espadín agave, this mezcal undergoes aging in oak barrels for about a year, which softens its structure and enriches its aromatic profile. On the nose, it reveals a complex blend of delicate smoke, notes of vanilla and sweet spices, accompanied by earthy accents typical of the Oaxacan terroir.

On the palate, it is velvety, with a full and enveloping body, where nuances of caramel, tobacco, and a slight hint of ripe fruit are discovered, balancing the intensity of the smoke. The finish is long and persistent, with a slightly spicy memory that invites another sip.

Perfect to enjoy neat, Mezcal Anejo 70cl - Ilegal pairs magnificently with grilled meat dishes or aged cheeses, enhancing every tasting with its rich and authentic personality.
