Mezcal Anejo 70cl - Yuu Baal is born in the heart of the state of Oaxaca, the prime area for the production of authentic mezcal, obtained exclusively from Espadín agave. This particular expression is carefully aged in wooden barrels, a process that gives complexity and aromatic depth to the distillate. On the nose, it opens with intense notes of the typical mezcal smokiness, accompanied by vanilla hints and a light touch of toasted wood. The taste is full-bodied and smooth, with a perfect balance between the natural sweetness of the agave, spicy nuances, and a warm, enveloping persistence, typical of a long aging. Ideal to be enjoyed neat, it also lends itself to being the star in refined cocktails, enhancing Mexican tradition with a touch of elegance. This mezcal tells a story of territory and artisan mastery, offering a unique and authentic experience.
