Mezcal Arroqueno 70cl - Tio Pesca is a fascinating distilled spirit, born in the Oaxaca region, the historical cradle of this ancient Mexican drink. Obtained from the monococca heart of the Arroqueño agave, a wild variety characterized by imposing and rare plants, this mezcal tells the complexity of its mountainous and volcanic terroir with intensity and finesse. The aging takes place traditionally in small copper stills, following artisanal methods that respect the ancestral roots of this production. On the nose, you can perceive smoky and vegetal notes, hints of aromatic herbs, and a mineral call that blends with touches of dried fruit. The palate surprises with its full-bodied and enveloping structure, with a savory and persistent balance that leaves an elegant and spicy aftertaste. Ideal to sip neat or accompanied by smoked meat dishes, this mezcal proudly expresses the deep soul of the most authentic Mexico.
