The Mezcal Cuishe by Emigdio Jarquin is an authentic expression of mezcal tradition from Oaxaca, made with Cuishe agave, a wild variety with a rustic soul that gives this distillate a unique personality. Production is carried out using artisanal methods, with the cooking of the agaves in stone ovens, manual maceration, and slow distillation in copper stills, elements that give the mezcal an intense and deep character.

On the nose, mineral scents, aromatic herbs, and smoky notes stand out, recalling the terroir of volcanic soils from which the plants come. On the palate, the complexity becomes enveloping: slightly peppery nuances and a delicate touch of wood are perceived, while the persistence leaves a pleasant earthy aftertaste.

Ideal for meditative tasting, the Mezcal Cuishe pairs well with spicy dishes, aged cheeses, and meat-based preparations, enriching every experience with its authenticity and refinement.
