The Mezcal Ensamble by Emigdio Jarquin is born in the heart of the traditional region of Oaxaca, an authentic symbol of Mexican mezcal craftsmanship. This unique ensamble stands out for the harmonious fusion of different agave varieties, hand-harvested and processed with ancestral methods to enhance the aromatic complexity of the territory. Aging in wooden barrels gives the distillate a soft and enveloping structure, with intense smoky notes intertwined with herbal and mineral hints. On the palate, nuances of dried fruit, damp earth, and delicate spices unfold, balanced in a persistent and vibrant finish.

This mezcal by Vago is best enjoyed neat, preferably at room temperature, to fully appreciate its complex nuances. It is an ideal accompaniment to traditional Mexican dishes, such as tlayudas or mole, and for those seeking an authentic and refined liquid experience.
