Mezcal Ensamble en Barro by Salomon Rey 70cl - Vago is born in the heart of the state of Oaxaca, a land dedicated to the production of excellent artisanal spirits. This label is remarkable for its traditional processing in a terracotta pot, which allows a slow maturation particularly rich in earthy and smoky aromas. The blend ("ensamble") is skillfully composed of different varieties of wild agave, handpicked by small local producers, thus reflecting the biodiversity of the territory.

On the nose, intense notes of smoke, sweet spices, and mineral hints are perceived, while on the palate a perfect balance between delicacy and structure emerges, with persistent aftertastes of tobacco and aromatic woods. This traditional mezcal is wonderfully suited to accompany grilled meat dishes or aged cheeses, enhancing the gustatory sensations thanks to its complexity and depth. A spirit that authentically tells the culture and territory of Oaxaca.
