Mezcal Ensamble Espadin Tobalá Alambique De Cobre 70cl - Los Siete Misterios represents the authentic meeting of two precious agave varieties, Espadín and Tobalá, grown in the highlands of the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. This skillful varietal combination brings to light intense and complex aromas, intertwining herbal notes with smoky hints typical of traditional mezcal production.

The distillation takes place in the traditional copper alcove, the alambique, which helps to enhance the delicate aromatic nuances and the refinement of the distillate. The result is a perfect balance between the softness of Espadín and the wild, mineral richness of Tobalá, with a decisive and enveloping taste persistence.

Characterized by a certain dryness and an olfactory complexity evoking earth, spices, and citrus, this mezcal is splendidly suited to accompany moments of meditative tasting or pairings with dishes from Mexican and Mediterranean traditions, such as grilled meats or aged cheeses. Its finesse and authenticity make it an excellent choice for those seeking a deep sensory experience in the world of artisanal distillates.
