The Mezcal Espadin of Encantado is born in the heart of the state of Oaxaca, one of the most iconic regions for mezcal production in Mexico. Made exclusively with Espadin agave, a variety appreciated for its versatility and aromatic intensity, this distillate represents a perfect blend of tradition and artisanal mastery. The agave, cultivated in volcanic soils, develops complex aromas that emerge clearly on the palate, offering a bouquet rich in smoky notes, red earth, and herbal hints.

The production technique follows ancestral methods: the agaves are cooked in an underground stone oven and fermented with natural yeasts, ensuring an authentic and enveloping character. During distillation in copper stills, the Mezcal of Encantado acquires a velvety texture and a balanced structure, capable of highlighting delicate nuances of dried fruit and spices that appear on the palate.

Perfect to enjoy neat to appreciate its purity or to accompany Mexican cuisine dishes such as taco or ceviche, this mezcal fully expresses the identity of its land and the passion of the mezcal masters. A unique sensory experience for those who wish to discover the authentic riches of Mexico.
