The Mezcal Espadin of Rooster Rojo represents an authentic tribute to Mexican distillation traditions, produced in the historic region of Oaxaca, the beating heart of mezcal culture. Made exclusively with Espadín agave, a versatile and aromatic variety, this distillate stands out for its complex and enveloping structure, the result of meticulous artisanal craftsmanship.
