The Mezcal Espadin by Emigdio Jarquin comes from the artisanal tradition of the state of Oaxaca, the beating heart of mezcal production in Mexico. Made exclusively with Espadín agave, this distillate perfectly reflects the mountainous territory and the know-how of a family of palenqueros for generations. Every stage, from the cooking of the agave in earth-dug ovens to the distillation in copper stills, contributes to a product rich in character.

The bouquet of the Mezcal Espadin opens with intense smoky notes, balanced by hints of dried fruit, damp earth, and subtle spices. On the palate, a pleasant roundness is felt, accompanied by an elegant and warm persistence, typical of a careful natural maturation without the use of barrels. Ideal to taste neat, this mezcal is also suitable to enhance traditional Mexican dishes such as mole or grilled meats, offering an authentic and richly nuanced experience.
